“Scheduler” - The invitation database can also include fields for email message delivery dates (i.e., announcement message, invitation, first reminder, second reminder, etc.), which the which will be incorporated into the Scheduler. Message delivery dates can also be manually set by the user for each mailing. The Scheduler provides users with the ability to adjust delivery dates as needed to assure proper timing for each mailing.
