Mail Manager offers the user all functions necessary to view, control and create a MeetingMetricsSM survey mailing campaign. On the Home page of the Mail Manager the user is presented with a default view of active mailings and the ability to alter the view by selecting options from a drop-down menu (options could be most recent mailings, active mailings, closed mailings, etc.). Once the user selects a mailing, they are presented with the Mailing Details screen, allowing them to view, edit or cancel actions and items within that survey mailing campaign.
